An overview of the methods of payment available:
There are three possible ways to pay for your order:

o Bank transfer, for euro currency only

Payment by credit card and debit cards

At Designer Seven we accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Your credit card payment will be processed by our partner Le CIC (4th largest bank in France). After your purchase, you will be re-directed to the web site of Le CIC in order to enter your credit card details, at no time we will have access or hold your credit card details. Any order paid by credit card will be dispatched the next working day.

Paypal

To pay with your PayPal account, simply choose the option PayPal and you will be redirected to the PayPal website. The order will be dispatched the next working day.(except if you pay with the pay pal e-check, we dispatch your order after the payment has been confirmed).

Bank transfer (for euro currencies only)

If you have a euro bank account you can also pay by bank transfer to our french bank account. Please note that any fees associated with the transfer are to paid by you, we must receive the exact amount of the order, we cannot accept any bank fees. Your order will be dispatched after the payment has been received.

100% satisfaction or your money back.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order within seven days of receipt. We will refund the full purchase price. The shipping cost to you and return cost to us remains at your expense. If it is a mistake on our part, we will of course refund all charges.

Reimbursement will be within 30 days by the same method as for the payment.

Delivery

We ship all orders the day after your purchase. The estimated delivery time is then 2 days for France, 3 to 4 days for the rest of Europe and USA and 5 to 7 days to any other destinations. Please add 10 to 15 days if you buy an article with corrective lenses

If you choose express delivery, then substract 1 day from the above.
